Webhooks Update – Scheduled Release

The Webhooks update released on September 9th, 2025, was reverted because it introduced an unintended change to the payload format.

We have identified and fixed the issue, and the new update is scheduled for:

📅 Wednesday, October 1st, 2025

⏰ Between 12:00 and 14:00 CET

Expected Downtime

• During this time period, you will not receive webhook events.
  
• You will also be unable to configure webhook settings.
  

➡️ Important: No data will be lost. Webhook events will be delivered afterwards, though with a delay.
